- Rather than trying to get out of jury duty through reasonable discourse, this idiot yelled at the clerk, then yelled at the judge when brought in to explain herself. She won an excuse from jury duty, a criminal record, and a $250 fine for her efforts
- Seeking to solve financial problems with a fake death just doesn’t seem likely to end positively
- If you are looking to hire a hitman to take out your spouse, you probably should learn a little bit about identifying your contract killer - wouldn’t want to accidentally hire a state trooper for your nefarious plot, would you?

- What’s up with the news media criticizing our military for raiding an Iraqi village, burning down houses, and killing 13 civilians when there’s no evidence such an attack ever happened?
- New York police are actually going out of their way to implement penalties and arrests for people who pick up wallets, thereby quite satisfyingly teaching people to not try to be good Samaritans (via boingboing)
- Looks like someone in Florida feels the local government is constitutionally required to host a nativity scene. Looks like more idiocy in Florida to me
